Her path to real estate

Before real estate, Kim spent more than 20 years in health-insurance client service, claims and care—work that taught her how to explain complicated information, solve problems and keep people supported when the stakes feel high.
She later became a small-business owner, sharpening her instincts for presentation, customer experience and getting things done. Real estate brought those strengths together with a lifelong appreciation for architecture, home design and helping people see what is possible.
Kim has called Delhi Township home for more than a decade. Away from work, she is happiest with her family, her Yorkies Chewy and Coco, in the pool or planning the next trip.
